The Academy For Instruction In Mind Motivation, (AIMM), was granted approval as a Private Postsecondary school (education code 94311) from the Superintendent of Public Instruction, State of California, in 1981. Approval means AIMM personnel have met the criteria of experience required by the State. After 25 years of committed educational service to the general public, AIMM now provides training exclusively for The Foundation for Research and Exploration of Mind Motivation, (FREOMM) under Code 94302(w). A non-profit, public, corporation, we provide this educational opportunity to those in our membership seeking Professional Training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

AIMM courses are "Platonion"; that is, informal and relaxed, providing students ample time and opportunity to ask questions and express personal views as they are carefully guided to their own areas of expertise.

Hypnosis can "open" the door to inner levels of consciousness with a "mind" of their own. The Master Hypnotist knows how to establish boundaries as the inner levels of the mind are opened and what to do if boundaries are crossed. The Master Hypnotist knows how to positively communicate with all levels of the inner mind - from cells to Higher Selves. The Master Hypnotist knows how to use NMR, the mind/body connection, to find what is necessary in reaching the clients’ goals as well as whether specific goals are being blocked by the mind of the client and if so, at what level and why. Hypnotherapy is working with, not just programming, the inner mind and the inner levels of the inner mind. When goals are resisted, the inner mind knows why and what, if anything, can be done about it. Finding and working with inner resistance to goals is the work of the hypnotherapist. Frequently, inner resistance is created by experiences in the past - even gestation, birth, and early childhood. The well trained hypnotherapist utilizes regression techniques to work with these levels of memory, mind and spirit. When workings with the subconscious mind it is necessary to work with what the inner mind believes to be true. If the inner mind of the client indicates that thoughts, emotions, or physical programming brought forward from previous life experiences are creating symptoms or interfering with desired goals, then it is necessary to work with the inner belief of the previous life experience. Whether the client or the therapist believe consciously in the existence of prior life times is not relevant to working with the belief of the inner mind. The inner mind has its own symbolic language, perceptions, and beliefs. It is the wise hypnotherapist who works "with" and not "against" these beliefs.

Working W/ Sexual Abuse - Real AND Perceived Finding & Working W/ Multiple Personalities Stemming From Abuse

The clinical therapist will at times discover resistance so deeply rooted and fiercely protected by the subconscious mind, healing or change becomes impossible until ALL the ramifications of the resistance are understood. This is particularly true of survivors of sexual abuse, molestation, and incest. Such survivors often have "multiple" personalities - including spirit attachments - created or "picked up" due to their experiences. Whether or not the client is consciously aware of sexual abuse, incest, molestation, or "other" personalities, the underlying origins of the blocks or dysfunction for which the client is seeking help are often rooted in these. It is also true the subconscious mind can confuse mental and emotional perceptions with physical events. The subconscious CAN be convinced by others of events that did not occur and CAN become confused by the memories of others. Therapists working with such clients MUST know how to access And work with both what the inner mind perceives to be true and what the Higher Levels of the inner mind KNOW to be true.
